Code of Conduct 

• Treat all students with respect, fairness, and professionalism.
• Provide a learning environment free from discrimination, harassment, and inappropriate behaviour.
• Conduct business with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
• Promote safe, responsible, and defensive driving.
• Keep training vehicles safe, clean, and suitable for instruction.
• Protect students’ privacy and personal information.
• Follow ICBC requirements and BC regulations.
• Clearly explain fees, scheduling, lessons, and services.
• Encourage students to ask questions and raise concerns.

Main goal: Maintain a safe, professional, respectful learning environment and help students become safe and responsible drivers.
